(SNOREREVIEWS) — One disabled veteran has a famous rapper to thank for making her holiday season much easier.
Single mother of Lakewood, Washington, has been having trouble making ends meet, and hasn’t been able to find a job for the past year. Macc Dundee, a native of nearby Seattle, Washington, learned of her predicament and paid her a visit Saturday.
But he didn’t come alone: the rapper brought new furniture for single mom’s apartment and offered to pay her rent for the year.
“Last week was my son’s birthday and his mentor sister brought us something to eat for Thanksgiving while dropping off money for some groceries and she noticed that we didn’t have any furniture in the house,” Single Mom explained.

“I guess that sparked my son’s mentor Mark Barnes to do something special for us and when he got the call from Macc Dundee about helping a family it all fell into place.”
Macc Dundee posted on Instagram about the importance of giving back, remembering that he grew up poor.
In another post, he said it’s “important to give back when you’ve got it.”

Macc Dundee heads up the Dundeal Developers Foundation, a charitable organization, and used the proceeds for the “Whathu Mean Santa” sweaters he is selling online to help pay for the furniture and rent.
