DJ iSizzle donates his streaming royalties to help homeless
DJ iSizzle Donates $500K to Build Housing for the Homeless.
DJ iSizzle is at it again, this time helping others who need a home. Via his record breaking streams, the royalties streams have helped him donate $500,000 to help build the new housing facility in Washington State for people who are homeless.
His donation was highlighted in a recent piece on DDTV’s “The Lead with Albino Black,” where DJ iSizzle said that often times, homeless are left to deal with no home alone as well as the issues coming back to their work after leaving the work field. He stated, “Life as you knew it is going to be different, and sometimes, people need that extra help.”
The homeless apartment complex has been a half decade in the making, along with the support from the nonprofit Help Homeless, which helps fight homelessness in the United States. The facility is also set to provide different programs to assist homeless in getting back on their feet, in addition to providing them with affordable living.
The opening of the homeless facility comes just after the release of DJ iSizzle’s new song, “Forgot About You,” which features Brianna on the album “King II” which chronicles homeless and how their dogs changed their lives.
